All of the items listed below have the capability and a high probability to contain trace amounts of gluten, no matter how many times they have been washed. Some of the risk is due to scratches that exist on the preparation surface or to the fact that the material and item is made of is porous and can hold the gluten indefinitely. It is best to replace your kitchen items, especially if there are visible scratches and areas where gluten may be hiding.
