Ingredients:
- ¾ Cup garbanzo bean flour
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- dash cinnamon
- 1 egg or 1 Tbsp flax meal stirred together with 3 Tbsp water
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 ½ Tbsp honey maple syrup or coconut palm sugar, optional
- ½ Cup berries
- water as needed
Directions:
- Stir all the dry ingredients together
- Stir in the banana, egg or egg substitute and sweetener
- Add water as needed to get to pancake batter consistency
- Stir in berries
- Cook on griddle or pan over medium heat. Spray the pan with cooking spray to make turning easier
- Cook until golden brown on both sides

Ingredients:
- 2 – 15 oz cans garbanzo beans
- 3 cloves garlic
- ¼ cup avocado oil, or preferred oil
- 3-4 Tbsp water
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- ¾ tsp curry
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- ¼ tsp paprika
Directions:
- In a food processor (or blender), place garbanzo beans and garlic and pulse several times.
- Place additional ingredients in blender and mix well.
- Serve with tortilla chips, gluten-free bread, or gluten-free pita bread
Note: You can add additional water to change consistency. Recommend doing it 1 Tbsp at a time.
