This section gives you a layout of the items you are going to want to stock in your pantry. Obviously some you will use a lot more than others. You will find out rather quickly what your go to items are, but these are items often used in gluten-free recipes. This list does not include any gluten-free flours. Please see the Gluten-Free Flours section to identify alternative gluten-free flour options.

- Tapicoa starch
- Arrowroot starch
- Certified old fashioned gluten-free rolled oats
- Dutch-processed unsweetened cocoa powder
- Cream of tartar
- Xanthan gum
- Salt
- Baking soda
- Baking powder (aluminum free)
- Ground cinnamon
- Pure powdered pectin
- Egg replacer (only if you don't eat eggs)
- Instant yeast
- Granulated sugar cane (I like the finely granulated)
- Confectioners’ sugar
- Light brown sugar
- Granulated coconut (palm) sugar
- Honey
- Maple syrup
- Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Dairy-free gluten-free chocolate chips (Enjoy Life)
- Spectrum non-hydrogenated vegetable shortening
- Organic virgin coconut oil
- Organic avocado oil
- Pure vanilla extract
- Nuts (almonds, cashews, etc.) , seeds (sunflower, hemp, etc.) and dried fruit (raisins, medjool dates, etc.)
