Hummus
This recipe has the perfect mixture of garlic and with a very slight bite to it. It is great to serve as an appetizer and you can even make a meal out of it.

Ingredients:
- 2 – 15 oz cans garbanzo beans
- 3 cloves garlic
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 3-4 Tbsp water
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- ¾ tsp curry
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- ¼ tsp paprika
- In a food processor (or blender), place garbanzo beans and garlic and pulse several times.
- Place additional ingredients in blender and mix well.
- Serve with tortilla chips, gluten-free bread, or gluten-free pita bread
